Thank you for these exercises - they are so helpful. 🙏❤️😊

I chose the "husband is switching careers, how will he do" question.

Nature of the issue: World card.

Base of the issue: Emperor

Factors to consider: 3 Cups

Guidance: Knight of Cups

Current trajectory: Temperance

Husband wants to follow his joy, he's in the right place. Perhaps he chose a practical route prior and now he's rethinking. He's looking for community, creativity and the 'happiness factor' 😊 He might consider following his heart, but doing things in moderation, keeping balanced and sensible, keeping his options open and finding meaning in this.

I chose the son with the narcissist girlfriend. Cards I pulled:

5 of cups rev

4 of pents

5 of swords

Ace of wands rev

7 of wands rev

The client is asking what *she* should do. Overall advice: tread verrrrry carefully. She may be feeling like her son is making a huge mistake, and therefore she may want to say some things to him. But the cards advise watching her words because this may not be a battle she wants to undertake (7 wands rev). For now at least, keep your feelings to yourself (4 pents and ace of wands rev) and let this play out.

I find all of your reverse cards really interesting. It’s like the mom is getting a big red flashing light.

Agree. My initial reaction was do not do or say anything. Watch and wait.

1. What is the root of my unsettledness?

3 of pentacles, 2 of wands, justice, king of swords, the high priestess.

Some partnership or agreement made in the past, something built in the past. Now feeling restless, looking in a different direction, wanting to broaden your horizons. A hidden or suppressed truth needs to come out or will be revealed.

I chose the mother's question about her son.

Justice: You want to be fair to your son and to his girlfriend (for his sake).

Queen of Swords: You have good discernment skills so you are well aware of who his girlfriend is. This will serve you well going forward.

Ten of Cups: The drive behind the question is the how to maintain a happy family in the face of a new member who doesn't necessarily have everyone else's best interest at heart.

Page of Wands: Your son is young and inexperienced but very passionate about this relationship. He may not be open to hearing your concerns.

The Emperor: Is there a male figure in his life? If so, it would be good to enlist his help to communicate concerns and provide advice from the male perspective. If not, you will have to play that role and your discernment will be needed to navigate the way forward.

1. what is the root of my unsettledness? and used the cards you pulled:

9 of Cups; Chariot; 2 of Pentacles; 10 of Cups; 7 of Swords.

My response is, the root is denying yourself the opportunity to move into the updated version of yourself. This pattern of not choosing yourself that, while it has kept you safe, now has you stagnant. You are likely aware of what a fulfilling life could look like but self- sabotage when it gets too close.

The presence of the 9 and 10 of cups showed me a clear desire for a rich life and that it was not out of reach. The Chariot and the 7 of Swords spoke to the stage this person was in on the journey and the energy surrounding it. The placement of the 2 of Pentacles served as the lynchpin - the disconnect between the desire and the current stage/energy.

I chose the house question. And while I didn't get the 'what does the house want, I read for that and pulled cards.

3 Wands: They need to review their needs for the house and create a plan.

6 Pentacles: Create the budget. Knowing what you have will help choose the project.

4 Cups: Consider past projects and why you did/didn't complete them and why

XI Justice: using your good judgement, make an informed decision on a projec to move forward on.

0 Fool: Trust yourself! Go!
